got drez last august--some minor relief in my "phantom hand" (above elbow amp --had total loss of function of r. upper ex.)----------anyway--now 11 mos. later i got pretty significant lopss function r. leg, hip, obliques,c-spine fused, basically i don't think it worked out. not blaming Doc. he can only be as good as what he has to work with--i was in pretty bad shape from the jump. Anybody got any negative DREZ stories?

DREZ has a relatively high incidence of follow on problems, it's serious spinal surgery and not by any means an exact science. Google 'risks of DREZ' if you want to depress yerself. Hope this goes away Ronin, glad you've got some pain relief tho. Keep on keeping on :)

Hey Lady--yeah--it was rough. but at least I got the satisfaction of trying to do something.sometimes i think just keeping on keeping on is the best medicine--always looking for something new to try.and i don't think i've ever heard of an injury that was so damn individualized.no two cases even remotely alike beyond the point of being bpi.---------hit one 4 me---
