I just rcvd my take-home TENS unit and have no idea how to use it correctly. Anybody have pointers and maybe some history on good or bad experiences?

look up your modelonline, often there are manufacture's instructions.

did it not come with a little manual?

is it just a TENS unit, or does it also have NMES?

I have read that the stimulation would not be effective unless a therapist showed you the exact positioning on the muscles. Would whoever prescribed the unit for you be able to help?

Thanks guys! It has a manual, but not a good one. I will probably need to ask my therapist. I just hate going to therapy so much. Trying to move on with life the best I can. Pain seems to be getting worse though. boo-hoo
