Dr. Raisman is going to try his successful experiment on rats with 10 people. Take nasal nerves and place them at the place where the nerves were avulsed and a "bridge" will regrow the connection. Hei s trying it on brachial plexis arm injuries. I wish I could have been one of his subjects.

Hi...As chair of the TBPI Group charity in the UK, I am keeping an eye out for any news concerning these trials, but as yet, nothing has been released in the way of results etc good or bad.

Personally, I don't expect any news on these trials for a long while yet. I think they will be extremely careful before releasing anything for fear of creating any false hope, and quite right too in my opinion.

It's all very exciting though...at least someone is doing something fairly radical to try and help people with these injuries...I've got all available fingers crossed! :0) lol
