Has anyone been to the mayo in MN. If so, what was your experience.

I do not have any experience with Mayo directly. I have heard that they have wonderful doctors there. The surgeon that I see works at shriners in MN but his main job is at Mayo. He is an excellent doctor! He also works closly with 3 bpi specialist at the Mayo. I believe I will go there when I am out of the shriners system.

my son zak will be 3 on the 23rd. he goes to gillette childrens in saint paul. we too live in minnesota south of the city. gillette deals with children. i heard mayo is wonderful but i think they deal with adults. a

mayo are probably the most experienced in advanced trauma bpi treatment in the US right now. Try asking on the traumatic injured adults board, many people there go to mayo.
